Dear Andy,  Just a short note to thank you so much for catering our event.    The BBQ could not have been better, and all of our customers and associates are still raving about it!     We recieved so many compliments on how GREAT the BBQ pork was, not to mention the beans, slaw, and the bananna pudding!   You know it’s good BBQ when there’s so much flavor to the meat, it doesn’t even need sauce.    I appreciate your attention to every detail, and your flexibility with my needs.  From the menu planning to set up, service, and clean up, Pigture Perfect BBQ was a great choice that I would highly recommend to anyone!
